I always planned to make it a parallell story structure where the beginning is similar to the ending and the Sandman/Bogeyman pair is in direct contrast to the Jasper/Ink pair.

Since I was often busy with university and side projects I lost focus sometimes so I think the symbolism and rules of this world could and should have been a lot clearer…tbc
